To rebalance your Sacral Chakra and increase your sexual drive, you might want to try some healthy fats, like those found in nuts and fish. Your creativity will also improve with sweet citrus fruits including pineapple and oranges.
If you’re wanting a more balanced Solar Plexus Chakra, yellow and gold coloured food could be the answer. Grains and granola are perfect for boosting your self-esteem and leaving those inferior feelings in the past. Team your breakfast grains with some yoghurt and start your day with increased confidence.
Green coloured, leafy vegetables are ideal for when your Heart Chakra feels off-balance. Celery, lettuces and cucumber can help improve your empathy levels and lead to a more peaceful day to day life. If those feel a little too bland for you, herbs such as Basil, Thyme and Sage can also be consumed to balance out your loving energy.
If your Throat Chakra is the one feeling imbalanced, try flushing it out with water or milk. This will increase your ability to express yourself. Foods high in water content such as watermelon or soups can allow you to feel more diplomatic and able to listen to others better.
To rebalance your Third Eye Chakra and make your intuition clearer, try herbal tea and some dark chocolate. Both can help improve your judgement. Even the occasional glass of red wine is a healthy part of a Chakra diet which leads to a wider imagination.
Your Crown Chakra, the most difficult to balance through diet alone can be a tricky one. While some professionals recommend fasting and detoxing, others are more inclined to suggest consuming foods either purple or white in colour.
